Yoga is movement with breath, yoking mind and body. If you haven't already started a regular and consistent yoga practice, I can assist you in getting started. I specialize in working with first-timers, yogis coming back to the mat after a long hiatus, those with injuries and those with special needs. No matter what your starting point or challenge, a yoga practice can be designed for you so that it is accessible and enjoyable. I am Certified E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, with additional studies in Yin and Fascia Release.
